In my 41 years of experience helping so many people sell, whether relocating or moving locally, the timing of the process is probably the top concern I have heard from my past clients.

Working together in concert with a top agent in your destination city is an important key to the process. Keeping the other agent informed of your sale status on this end so closing dates can be coordinated on the other end, coordinating the wiring of down payment funds directly from this closing table to that closing table and communicating the need for any necessary adjustments all play a role in a smooth transition for you.

The process of moving, storage and disposition of personal property can be so overwhelming that I've literally had homeowners hand me the keys and tell me to handle it all. And I can! I can help you as much as is necessary based on each individual situation. Planning an estate sale, helping coordinate moving services and even final clean up with disposition of remaining items that aren't moving with you are all services that I offer that make your relocation experience as stress-free as possible.

My experience includes 20 years of owning RE/MAX 2000 which, during our ownership, became the top RE/MAX office in Chicago's south suburbs, several years of handling the entire relocation department for a large real estate firm, making connections with top agents in all corners of the country and assembling a network of trusted professionals that all come together as needed for each situation.
